Uerdinger is the highly praised, finely-spiced juniper from the Lower Rhine. It is a natural product with pronounced mildness. To this day, Uerdinger is distilled with care using handpicked juniper berries, following the old, traditional family recipe.

Steinhäger may only be distilled and produced in Steinhagen according to EU law. For Original Schlichte with 38% vol., only selected juniper berries are fermented and distilled. In a separate distillation process, fine grain distillate is created. Juniper extract and fine grain distillate are then carefully distilled again in large stills. This Steinhäger distillate is reduced to drinking strength with water from its own well, filtered, and stored until bottling.

The Steinhäger Schlichte Urbrannt with 38% vol. is one of the oldest and finest distillates of German distilling art. Distilled according to the ancient recipe and the elaborate production methods of our ancestors, it is a specialty of extraordinary quality. Triple distilled and barrel-aged, Schlichte Urbrannt achieves its incomparably smooth character and perfectly rounded juniper note. The hand-crafted and traditionally shaped ceramic jug further emphasizes its uniqueness and authenticity.

The honey liqueur Bärenfang with 33% vol. originates from East Prussia. Its main ingredient is high-quality honey. It is produced using an elaborate process, mixed with high-proof alcohol, and stored in tanks for several months to clarify and enhance the aroma. Bärenfang contains only natural ingredients, with no added flavorings. Bärenfang is enjoyed neat, over ice cream desserts, or mixed in hot tea, as honey grog, or with milk.
