Die Qualität ist super
Keuck Mocca Liqueur war mir aus früheren Jahren bekannt, leider habe ich in all den Jahren trotz intensiver Suche diesen Liquer in Supermärkten bzw. Spezialitätenläden nicht ausmachen können. Da ich nunmehr die Bezugsquelle über das Internet ausfindig gemacht habe, darf ich versichern, dass ich bei Bedarf wieder bei ihnen bestellen werde.

Steinhäger may only be distilled and produced in Steinhagen according to EU law. For Original Schlichte with 38% vol., only selected juniper berries are fermented and distilled. In a separate distillation process, fine grain distillate is created. Juniper extract and fine grain distillate are then carefully distilled again in large stills. This Steinhäger distillate is reduced to drinking strength with water from its own well, filtered, and stored until bottling.
