Ratzeputz 58% vol. 0,02L

In 1877, distiller Peter Weidmann surprised the citizens of Celle and the Lüneburg Heath with his fiery and spicy Ratzeputz. This distinctive and fiery spirit contains a carefully selected blend of distillates and extracts from fine herbs and roots, whose effects are fully unleashed by the 58% alcohol content. It is now also available in a 0.02L miniature bottle.

Heidegeist is a specialty spirit from the distillery of the Weidmann family in Celle, located in the Lüneburg Heath. Made according to an old recipe, it is created from selected herbs and 50% alcohol, resulting in a clear herbal product with a strong, hearty, and unique flavor.

For an entire generation in Germany during the 1960s, whisky was synonymous with Racke Rauchzart, the pioneer of the German whisky market. The harmonious combination of delicate grains and smoky malts from Scotland, along with careful aging in small wooden casks, continues to give it its mild – indeed “rauchzart” (smoky-tender) – character. The “German” whisky – bottled in Scotland – that has been known and loved for years impresses with its taste and outstanding quality.

Stichpimpuli bockforcelorum is an extraordinary liqueur both in taste and appearance. This 35% liqueur from the monastery distillery at Kloster Walkenried is said to have wondrous qualities.The name Stichpimpuli is derived from some of the key ingredients of this liqueur: Stichos comes from Greek and means "large quantity"—in this case, referring to a large amount of herbal extracts. Pimpernelle is a herb also found in Goethe’s famous “Green Sauce.” Pulque is nothing other than the sap of the agave plant. Additionally, the liqueur contains lovage, a herb familiar from our kitchens, and aloe.Only this much is revealed: over twenty herbal essences and delicate cherry notes create the unique aroma!

Steinhäger may only be distilled and produced in Steinhagen according to EU law. For Original Schlichte with 38% vol., only selected juniper berries are fermented and distilled. In a separate distillation process, fine grain distillate is created. Juniper extract and fine grain distillate are then carefully distilled again in large stills. This Steinhäger distillate is reduced to drinking strength with water from its own well, filtered, and stored until bottling.

The honey liqueur Bärenfang with 33% vol. originates from East Prussia. Its main ingredient is high-quality honey. It is produced using a complex manufacturing process, mixed with high-proof alcohol, and stored in tanks for several months for clarification and flavor enhancement. Bärenfang contains only natural ingredients, with no added flavorings. Bärenfang can be enjoyed neat, over ice cream, or mixed in hot tea, as honey grog, or with milk. It is available in the online shop as a 0.04L mini bottle.
