Uerdinger is the highly praised, finely-spiced juniper from the Lower Rhine. It is a natural product with pronounced mildness. To this day, Uerdinger is distilled with care using handpicked juniper berries, following the old, traditional family recipe.

Steinhäger may only be distilled and produced in Steinhagen according to EU law. For Original Schlichte with 38% vol., only selected juniper berries are fermented and distilled. In a separate distillation process, fine grain distillate is created. Juniper extract and fine grain distillate are then carefully distilled again in large stills. This Steinhäger distillate is reduced to drinking strength with water from its own well, filtered, and stored until bottling.

Schwarze Frühstückskorn with 32% ABV stands out for its distinct yet mild Korn flavor. This character comes from select grain varieties from the Westphalian grain region. Its convincing taste, consistently high quality, and premium brand identity establish its market leadership in North Rhine-Westphalia. The unique bottle design with striking embossing reflects its exceptional quality. The name "Frühstückskorn" originates from earlier times when a particularly mild Korn was traditionally enjoyed as a second breakfast after fieldwork: Schwarze Weizen Frühstückskorn.
