Steinhäger may only be distilled and produced in Steinhagen according to EU law. For Original Schlichte with 38% vol., only selected juniper berries are fermented and distilled. In a separate distillation process, fine grain distillate is created. Juniper extract and fine grain distillate are then carefully distilled again in large stills. This Steinhäger distillate is reduced to drinking strength with water from its own well, filtered, and stored until bottling.

This exceptional grain spirit enjoys a long-standing tradition and popularity in its native Sauerland region. Crafted as a fine Kornbrannt with 38% ABV, it matures for a minimum of two years in small oak casks, imparting a distinctive amber hue and a mild, smooth, and refined character. Recognized for its quality, Ganz Alter Schneider has been awarded the Golden Prize of the German Agricultural Society (DLG) in Frankfurt four times.

Kosaken Kaffee, a coffee liqueur with 26%Vol. is made following a classic recipe. Only the finest coffee beans of the "Arabica" and "Robusta" varieties are used for this specialty. The coffee is ground in-house, coated with alcohol in several stages, and then combined with sugar, glucose, caramel, and other ingredients to create the final product. Schwarze Wacholder with 34% ABV owes its distinctive flavor to handpicked juniper berries. These are carefully distilled in-house following a traditional production method, under the constant supervision of our experienced master distiller. The additional 2% alcohol, above the standard requirement, enhances the juniper's characteristic yet mild taste.

Bachmann originates from the Dortmund liqueur factory founded in 1884 by the Hageböck family. To this day, the 36% ABV herbal liqueur is produced according to the original family recipe. Its balanced blend of a variety of herbs, fine Jamaican rums, and a subtle coffee note gives it its distinctive, aromatic taste. In 1895, Gottlieb Vetter zu Wunsiedel created the recipe for Sechsämtertropfen. Since then, it has been made according to the original recipe. The secret of its taste lies in the extracts of herbs, berries, and roots from the Fichtelgebirge mountain range. Sechsämtertropfen has a distinctive spicy-bitter flavor.
