About us

The company Schwarze and Schlichte is one of the five oldest owner-managed companies in Germany. Our history begins in 1664 with the first mention of "Swartens Hoff und Brennhaus" and proudly continues through the centuries. Since 1738, the Schwarze family has been based in Oelde in Westphalia, where it has its roots as a distillery.
