A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.
General Notes
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
Please do not return goods to us freight collect (unpaid).
Please note that the above points (1 and 2) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
